Tourah Cement Company cancels result of auction held to sell unutilized assets

The management of Tourah Cement Company confirms that it decided to cancel the result of the public auction held on December 11, 2018, to sell 385 sq. m of Torah industrial Land because the winner of the auction did not comply by the terms and conditions detailed in the Auction Conditions Booklet. The Management wish to confirm, as directed by the board of Directors and the General Assembly of the Company, it still plans to sell this land and a second auction will be held shortly.
