Suez Cement's first digital marketing campaign on Facebook shows great results
Within the framework of its keenness on permanent communication with workers in the field of building and architecture, Suez Cement Group of Companies (SCGC) launched a propaganda campaign on Facebook under the title of "Cement Puzzles" to raise awareness of the common technical problems of construction and finishing.
The campaign aims to make clear the common technical problems of building and finishing interactively with the targeted audience under the slogan of "Suez Cement... true cement without puzzles". The campaign was also supported by posting ads on road billboards to increase the number of followers and subscribers.
The propaganda campaign is a series of animated episodes in an interactive manner with the targeted audience, thus explaining the correct reasons behind the common technical problems of construction and finishing. Winners will be awarded valuable prizes. The campaign was liked by many of the targeted Facebook audience thanks to the episodes which contained an explanation of the correct technical reasons of these problems in a simplified and comical way that concerns all workers in the field of construction and architecture.
The targeted Facebook audience showed good interaction with the campaign, with a total of 124,000 comments, and increased awareness of the Group's brand through 19.5 million shows of the competition episodes on the pages of the targeted Facebook audience. On the other hand, the number of followers of the Group's page increased from 8800 to 30.000 followers, which represents a beginning to be the basis for this type of digital marketing activities for the Suez Cement Group of Companies.
