Senior Reliability Engineer

Job Purpose 
Define criticality levels for all plant and equipment and formulate maintenance strategy to continually improve the reliable operation of plant and equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create work orders and management of notifications to ensure accurate workflow.
  • Review Maintenance Plans within the SAP PM system to optimize their effectiveness & work order loads.
  • Administrate SAP as a key user to ensure the accuracy of the data entering the system for efficient database.
  • Plan equipment inspections and overhauls and systematically address weaknesses that limit equipment reliability to maintain minimum level of maintenance costs and maximum level of reliability.
  • Conduct studies for the evaluation of the maintenance procedures and methods of RCDA root cause failure analysis to assess the efficiency of the maintenance services and increase equipment reliability.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs, as Vibration and oil analysis to maintain high operational efficiency of the plant.
  • Assist maintenance function with setting up of equipment, fan balancing / shaft alignment etc. to enhance workflow.
  • Monitor and trend key performance indicators for equipment reliability and prepare reports with recommendations for improvements to maintain minimum level of maintenance costs and maximum level of reliability.
  • Work closely with maintenance supervisory staff in the coordination of annual shutdowns to ensure the maintenance plan is followed.
  • Review critical spares and develop preventative maintenance program for stock materials to ensure efficiency of maintenance plan.
  • Manage site maintenance contracts by providing guidance to ensure the quality of work.
  • Participate in the preparation of the maintenance schedule, i.e. daily/weekly/monthly etc., by contributing to the efficiency and more effective utilization of maintenance resources.
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.
  • Proactively manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of ‘0 Lost Time Injuries’ and to continuously improve the company's Health & Safety performance.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

Job Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or any equivalent
     

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of maintenance management methods of predictive inspection tools (SAP & AutoCAD)
  • Knowledge of cement products and cement production processes
  • Knowledge of safety laws and regulation
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google software
