SCGC…national partner in “Decent Life” initiative

Suez Cement Group of Companies (SCGC) today was part of the equipment, vehicles, and engineering machinery parade inspected by the President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi that are working towards developing Egypt’s rural areas and informal urban areas within the framework of the "Decent Life" initiative. El-Sisi. The national initiative launched by the President aims at providing a decent life for the most vulnerable groups nationwide.

The Group’s participation in this national initiative reflects its keenness to partner with Egypt in implementing initiatives that help in developing the infrastructure services of Egypt for a better future.

On this occasion, Jose Maria, Suez Cement Group of Companies Chief Executive Officer highlighted that the Group is committed to support all efforts aims at achieving growth and stability of the Egyptian society.

Jose Maria added, "Social responsibilities and ethical practices are vital to the success of our operations. Throughout the years SCGC has launched many initiatives to give back to our societies such as schools restoration initiatives, awareness campaigns on public health and safety issues as well as many initiatives on sustainable development".
