Sales Section Head

Job Purpose
The Sales Section Head is responsible for leading corporate sales execution, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strong commercial performance across assigned customer segments, while maintaining disciplined follow-up, KPI management, and alignment with budget targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate sales activities across assigned markets, segments, and customer portfolios.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into sustainable sales growth.
  • Maintain regular contact with corporate clients through site visits, meetings, and structured follow-up.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation, negotiation, closing, and order execution.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, KPI commitments, and budgeted revenue objectives.
  • Monitor actual sales performance against budget and forecast and escalate gaps with proposed actions.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract execution as required.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to support sales strategy.
  • Drive accountability, reporting discipline, and sales execution standards across the function.
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs      
  • Proactively manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of ‘0 Lost Time Injuries’ and to continuously improve the company's Health & Safety performance.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience

  • ​7–10 years in B2B/industrial sales, with cement/construction materials experience preferred

Technical Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing a multi-account portfolio against revenue and KPI targets.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent Arabic and English.
