Suez Cement organizes "Occupational Health & Safety Week"

Today witnesses the opening of the occupational health and safety week which is organized by the safety department  at the group plants, starting from the 22nd of September until the 26th 2019. 
The main goal of this event is not only enhancing the health and safety culture, but also discussing the recent developments in this field, in line with the group safety policy and continued efforts in order to provide a healthy and safe work environment. 
In its 3rd round this year, Occupational health and safety week will include a numerous number of activities, programs, competitions for employees and contractors as well. In addition to lectures based on our risk analysis that will lend a helping hand in raising awareness on health and safety. This lectures will be delivered to staff and subcontractors, and will include, seminars on machine safe guarding and road safety standards, that will help to raise awareness about occupational safety and health. During the safety week, employees and subcontractors staff who have made significant safety efforts will be honored.
