This year's Top Performer awards celebrate individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional commitment, expertise, and results throughout the year.

🥈 Second Place: Ibrahim Ramadan Abd El Aaty, Crusher Operator, Helwan Plant

The Top Achievers category highlighted projects that have delivered significant value to the business while advancing Heidelberg Materials Egypt's strategic priorities.
Taking first place, the New Pozzolanic Materials project demonstrated how innovation can successfully combine operational efficiency, sustainability, and product excellence. The initiative reduced the clinker-to-cement ratio, resulting in lower energy consumption and raw material costs while reducing CO₂ emissions and supporting the preservation of natural resources through the effective use of industrial byproducts. The project also enhanced the strength and quality of the final product while maintaining full compliance with pozzolanic standards, creating a solution that delivers economic, environmental, and operational benefits.

Second place was awarded to the Company Branding & Onboarding initiative, led by Youssef Mohsen Mohamed Seddik, Resourcing & Organization Development Manager. The project transformed the onboarding experience for new employees through a fully digital platform and a structured support system designed to accelerate integration, improve engagement, and create a seamless transition into the organization.
Third place was awarded to the team behind the Improved Dust Transport Reliability project, which successfully enhanced operational stability and production reliability through the implementation of a parallel dust transport system. The initiative improved efficiency, strengthened safety standards, reduced operational risks, and contributed to increased business performance.
