Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose

Support the Marketing Division by collecting, maintaining, and organizing commercial, customer, and market data, ensuring timely reporting, accurate information flow, and smooth execution across all marketing pillars in line with the Commercial OP.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain marketing data, ensuring trackers, dashboards, and reports are accurate, up to date, and aligned with agreed formats and timelines.
  • Support market intelligence activities by collecting and organizing market and competitor inputs from field visits and customer interactions, maintaining trackers and logs, and assisting with internal market insight summaries.
  • Organize customer experience inputs by logging and categorizing call center feedback, consolidating NPS results, supporting CX trend summaries, and maintaining the customer knowledge base and reference materials.
  • Report call center operations and performance KPI’s.
  • Support day-to-day marketing activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in coordination of events, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Ensure marketing materials and documentation are up to date and accessible.
  • Support loyalty program data management by tracking customer participation and rewards, maintaining records, and assisting with basic performance summaries and analytics.
  • Provide operational marketing support by organizing files and records, following defined processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely collection of required inputs.
  • Monitor and track social media activity by collecting basic performance metrics, observing market and competitor presence, and supporting simple comparisons and summaries to inform marketing reporting.
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.       
  • Proactively manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of ‘0 Lost Time Injuries’ and to continuously improve the company's Health & Safety performance.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures. 
    including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Business Information Systems (BIS), Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in relevant job.

Technical Skills

  • Strong organizational and data handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good spoken and written English language.
