Sales Representative

Job Purpose
Assisting in the sales of products directly to customers, identifying new customers, maintaining relationships with current clients, and supporting the overall sales strategy under the guidance of the Direct Sales Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities with companies within the assigned territory. 
  • Actively generate leads and establish initial contact with potential corporate clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.  
  • Support senior sales representatives in preparing and delivering proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. 
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system.  
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction.  
  • Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues promptly under supervision.  
  • Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and industry events to increase product knowledge and improve sales skills.  
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support the identification of new sales opportunities.  
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.  
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and tracking performance.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach by ensuring quality service and timely follow-up.
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.

  • Manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of ‘0 Lost Time Injuries’ and to continuously improve the company's Health & Safety performance.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • From 0-3 years of experience; prior sales experience is not required but applicants with experience with have priority

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn.
  • Must have a good grasp of numbers, data analysis, and calculations related to sales performance.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
