Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose:

Assist in the monitoring of the social media channels and the creation of reports & content..

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations and weekly/monthly reports to be presented to the Brand manager and make suggestions for improvement based on analytics.
  • Research advertising & marketing trends
  • Research competitors’ pricing and products; support in deciding on appropriate placement of ads.
  • Publish approved digital marketing content online & measure digital traffic.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns & Conduct market research to inform campaign.
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Execute the integration of various digital programs and Apps with company social media platforms.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives & creating and managing mailing lists.
  • Assist in handling product and service launches.
  • Revise and recommend edits in marketing developed content.
  • Identifying potential vendors for campaign collaborations, i.e. real estate developers
  • Developing and sourcing content for digital platforms.
  • Monitor the company’s social media profiles and focus on company’s sustainable projects.
  • Support in ideas & content briefing of media outreach and social media, newsletters.
  • Develop weekly media monitoring reports of our/competitors social media channels and consumer insights to understand how customers perceive the company’s brand and act accordingly.
  • Coordinate the operation of online/offline campaigns and planned events.
  • Support in coordinating several marketing agencies to monitor new and ongoing commercial posts and measure and report their performance to assess the KPIs.
  • Archive of all the marketing activities' source materials & filing documents.
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.      
  • Proactively manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of ‘0 Lost Time Injuries’ and to continuously improve the company's Health & Safety performance.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

Job Qualifications:
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree marketing or business administration.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant area.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to understand target audiences 

  • Ability to understand of the full marketing mix 

  • Ability to write reports & content briefs. 

  • Ability to monitor online/offline marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to implement corporate guidelines & templates.

  • Perfect knowledge of the paid digital campaigns' monitoring and it's results measurement tools on the different well-known platforms and techniques (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok).

  • Basic knowledge of the intranet & websites editing tools CMS.

  • Basic knowledge of 2d designing tools (Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign). Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of animation videos designing tools (Adobe After Effect , Adobe Premiere Pro). Preferred
