Kiln CCR Operator – Helwan Plant

 Job Overview:
Ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation of the plant in order to achieve production targets, product quality, maximize operational efficiency, cost and maintain environmental compliance, all in an atmosphere of continuous improvement and on-going change.Responsibilities:
Control all major process lines within the cement manufacturing operation including equipment commissioning by starting up, shutdowns, and emergency condition management as per established SOPs in order to meet production requirements.
 
Monitor all plant process lines using all available tools to ensure employee safety, stable equipment operation, equipment integrity within prescribe design limitations, operating targets, and environmental regulations.
 
Control product quality at all stages of the cement manufacturing process by having a clear understanding of the targets, and the levers that are used to control the targets, along with the appropriate decision-making process based on the impact of each lever.
 
Maintain awareness of the automation system control strategy and makes recommendations for continuous improvement to maintain plant operational efficiency.
 
Maintain appropriate logbook for proper communication, shift hand over & Take over and record purpose to ensure the timely and quality completion of projects and minimize downtime.
 
Implement methods to ensure smooth production operation of the plant and the fine tuning of the equipment.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering any equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in kiln CCR operation is a must.
Good knowledge of developing measurements on production activities
Good technical knowledge of the cement product life cycle
knowledge of shift schedule development and implementation
