Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose:
Implement the maintenance schedule for all electrical equipment, as well as confronts ad-hoc operational malfunctions by providing technical support to maintenance function whenever necessary to support optimum plant performance and cost reduction.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Conduct electrical maintenance activities on all plant equipment by contributing to the attainment of monthly and annual production targets and assisting in trouble shooting and improvement of plant reliability
•    Perform all preventive electrical maintenance activities, including major shutdowns, so that established standards of quality production and reliability are met, within agreed cost parameters  
•    Provide electricians and trades helpers assistance to plant personnel across manufacturing process to diffuse technical knowledge and expertise for running the machinery more optimally, minimizing technical troubles and improving the plant performance towards world class levels
•    Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the maintenance activities providing analytical reporting of results, including services from external suppliers by focusing on identifying areas for improvement to identify the most suitable suppliers of spare parts and services that meet company standards 
•    Cooperate with technical and other internal departments, for information exchange aiming to develop effective work relationships and increase of maintenance effectiveness 
•    Contribute to the definition of spare parts list and determination of spare parts ordering and stock levels to ensure maintenance of plant operational efficiency by reviewing such levels periodically
•    Elaborate / supports in reviewing the bid documents and the technical specifications to ensure that all commercial and technical components for the scope work met according to SCGC and plant guidelines. 
•    Develop and support the electrical maintenance programs by monitoring the manufacturing process including thermography analysis, equipment troubleshooting and trending, and vibration analysis and laser alignment to ensure the efficiency of the maintenance activities.
•    Review the spare parts received from suppliers, securing that meet company standards and operational needs 
•    Provide ongoing maintenance support to the plant for all shifts by participating in the plants on call program by evaluating and determining the course of action for maintenance incidents after hours and on weekends while on call and may require on-site supervision of the resolution to maintain operational efficiency.
•    Participate in equipment and system analysis to identify areas for cost reductions
•    Review and evaluate in cooperation with the production management, the operating conditions of the plant, identifying and preventing malfunctions, as well as providing solutions for improvement
•    Follow the appropriate health, safety, and environmental practices in area of responsibility, identifying and reporting issues of consideration in order to meet company, corporate and governmental standards
•    Upload all relevant information to the computer monitored maintenance system (SAP-PM) to keep track of all measurement results
•    Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs      
•    Proactively manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of ‘0 Lost Time Injuries’ and to continuously improve the company's Health & Safety performance 
•    Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc. 

Job Qualifications:
Education
•    Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or any equivalent 
Experience: 
•    Minimum 0-3 years of experience in field of electrical.

Technical Skills:
•    Knowledge of maintenance management methods of predictive inspection tools (AutoCAD)
•    Very good knowledge of cement products and cement production processes 
•    Knowledge of safety laws and regulation
•    Proficient in MS Office.
