Marketing Intelligence Supervisor

Job Purpose:
The Market Intelligence Supervisor will be supporting in the company product and positioning changes. Will supervise the charge on market and competitor research, to support in providing a clear direction to the various commercial teams as well as materials to support sales conversations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development of strategic marketing plan throughout the year as required. 
  • Develop and present market analysis and research supported by the sales and marketing teams, in order to have the full information and help in the convenient marketing strategy.
  • Develop market periodical reports to identify and explain key business trends.
  • Develop new dashboards and other creative techniques for analyzing, tracking, visualizing, and presenting market intelligence data. 
  • Interpret sales team’s data, report customers’ behavior and consumption in order to support in monitoring the market size. 
  • Follow the designed processes to report trends from the sales team, traders, and other field sources.
  • Analise market reaction, competitors in order to identify all the market trends, opportunities and threats.
  • Visit customers regularly to report visit insights, customers gain and pain points and reflect recommendations for better customer experience. 
  • Execute set cadence of research and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations that influence Product, Marketing, and Go to Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Represent Kenworth Heidelberg Materials at industry events, maintaining relationships with key industry analysts and research organizations.
  • Data gathering Optimization with related analysis and reporting processes.
  • Develop processes for tracking ‘pulse of the market’ anecdotal trends from the sales team, dealers, and other field sources.
  • Manage intelligence specialists, develop current client relations, and conduct regional projects.
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.      
  • Proactively manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of ‘0 Lost Time Injuries’ and to continuously improve the company's Health & Safety performance. 
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

Job Qualifications:
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration

Experience: 

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience on relevant job

Technical Skills:
 

  • Market Research literacy 
  • Analytical skills
  • Competent negotiation skills
  • Complain handling and problem solving competent
